Hey guys! 

It's been a long time sine we've made an announcement on itch.io, as GameJolt is our primary platform.  However the game has progressed a lot over the past year and we will introduce some new improvements that came with new version this year.

1. In-game recorder 

That's right, you can now record matches inside the game, to make compilations, match analysis or maybe voting for the best goals? The replays are saved as a special filetype though which can only be played in game viewer. Access your videos from the Media tab. 

2. Sticky set pieces

This update makes it easier for new players to take corners and free kicks. You stand on the ball while controlling it, sacrificing some power and curl effectiveness. Also players accidentally stepping back while shooting during a penalty won't be banned anymore. 

3. Player customization, more shirts,  more fields

Our modding community has made many new awesome hairstyles, shirts, game fields and more! 

4. Backspin and stronger foot

These additions were planned before but are finally in the game! To backspin aka slow the ball midair, pull the cursor into opposite direction fast after you made the shot. Stronger foot will add shot power but at the same time weaker foot has limited curling power and it's much weaker. Ambidextrous option is available too.
